Often it's hard to know what to do next when you are the one who normally helps people know what to do next. An intelligent sounding board can make all the difference. Matt conducts private mentoring sessions a day or two a month.

IN ESSENCE... Partner up with a mentor who has experience treading the path you wish to tread. Someone who can make your way easier and accelerate the time it takes for you to get where you need. Mentoring is not coaching, it's about a focussed project, not an ongoing support relationship. A private video conference with Matt several weeks before hand to establish goals of the session. This is followed by some preparations for a one-on-one session in person.
During the one-on-one session, the timing generally looks like this...
7.30am-8.30am; Breakfast to strategise the session. What do you want to achieve?
8.45am - 10.30am; Working Session
10.30am-11am; Mid morning walk and the opportunity to discuss randomly unrelated issues.
11am - 12.30pm; Working Session
Follow up check in period as you begin to implement the ideas following your session.
